Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a trustworthy, organized, and proactive Caretaker to the Managing Director. This role involves providing day-to-day personal and administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, managing travel arrangements, handling communications, and assisting with routine tasks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and a high level of reliability while supporting the Managing Directors personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Directors daily schedule, appointments, and personal commitments
  • Coordinate with household staff, drivers, vendors, and service providers
  • Handle personal and official communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Assist with bill payments, purchases, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain records, documents, and important files in an organized manner
  • Track tasks, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of residence or assigned spaces
  • Provide on-ground support for personal events, meetings, or requirements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all personal and professional matters

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet in handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to manage responsibilities calmly and efficiently
  • Basic coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in personal assistance, caretaker roles, or household management (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Undergraduate or Graduate candidates
  • 05 years of experience (freshers can apply)
  • Willingness to relocate to Shahpur, Thane
