Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are currently hiring a Female Personal Assistant to provide both administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, well-organized, flexible, and capable of handling confidential matters with complete discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments

- Handling calls, emails, and official correspondence

- Coordinating travel arrangements and bookings

- Assisting in daily administrative tasks

- Managing personal appointments and reminders

- Handling personal errands and day-to-day coordination

- Supporting in household coordination and vendor management (if required)

- Maintaining confidentiality in all professional and personal matters

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

- Well-presented and professional attitude

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

- Flexible working hours when required

- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred
