We are seeking a young, talented, and adaptable lady to work as a Personal Assistant to our Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for partners and staff.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
Assist in client site visits
Assist in property details check and update
Maintain efficient filing and document management systems.
Communication Management:
Handle incoming and outgoing chats, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Respond promptly and courteously to enquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Operational Support:
Provide administrative assistance in daily operations.
Assist in planning and organising events or meetings when needed.
