Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are up-to-date and accurately reflected on the calendar.

2. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as preparing itineraries and travel documents.

3. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.

4. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contacts, schedules, and travel arrangements.

5. Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

6. Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and accounted for.

7. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 0-1years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant.

3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel; excellent communication and organizational skills.

4. Personal Qualities: Discreet, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
