Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll

Job Summary:

The HR Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The role requires coordination with HR, finance, and employees to resolve payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for employees with high accuracy and within timelines

Maintain and update employee salary records, attendance, and leave data

Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labour laws

Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements

Manage full & final settlements (F&F) for exiting employees

Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Coordinate with finance teams for salary disbursement and audits

Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.

Should Have Experience to handle Portal and software.
