ADMINISTRATOR, PAYROLL
Job Summary
Main Objectives and Duties:
1. Process Payroll
Process employee exceptions; retro pay, salary changes, adjustments.
Process employee Paid Time Off/Bereavement/Jury Duty
Process Garnishments
Process Verifications of Employment
Process employee attritions
Upload Payroll batches
Upload weekly timecards
Upload bi-weekly payroll
Balance bi-weekly payroll
2. Oversee the employee’s records are accurate and on time on the system.
Runs a master report.
Filters data to identify the enrolled group.
Verifies all data is accurate.
3. Review and process payroll movements and incidences
Filters data to identify inconsistencies.
4. Register changes of employee’s schedules in the payroll system
Updatse payroll system upon reception of changes from operations.
Update Excel database to match payroll system.
5. Payroll audits
Prepares and programs audits and related special projects.
Ensures integrity of data produced into systems and supports objectives of the payroll process.
Area of expertise (Skills)
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equal eperience.
· Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
· 2 - 4 Year Payroll Experience
· Strong Communication skills
· Strong Mathematical Skills
· Strong Organizational skills
