This is a patient-facing role, where your primary responsibility will be to connect with patients, understand their condition, and guide them toward the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients who have shown interest (leads)

Understand their health concerns — such as varicose veins, neuropathy, or knee pain

Clearly explain our treatment solutions and programs

Guide them through the consultation and purchase journey

Ensure follow-ups and patient compliance
