Job Title: Partner Outreach and Collaborations Lead (Part-Time) Location: Remote (India) About vLookUp.ai: vLookUp.ai is a free digital global mentoring platform for women, connecting them with role models and mentors across organizations, countries, and socio-economic backgrounds. Our mission is to break access barriers and nurture more women talent pools by creating a support structure at every stage of their career. In the last 3 years, we have built a thriving community of 420+ mentors and 1300+ mentees from 20 industries, facilitating over 7000 hours of mentoring engagements, including with NGOs like Swadha Foundation, Masoom, Mantra4Change, and with top polytechnic institutions in Singapore. Role Overview: We are looking for a Partner Outreach and Collaborations Lead to spearhead our engagement and collaborations with educational institutions, NGOs, corporate organizations, and institutions to promote mentorship for women from underserved communities in India. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) , remote opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in partnership development, networking, and community building and a deep commitment to advancing opportunities for women through mentorship. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement outreach strategies to establish partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, organizations, and industry bodies. • Build and nurture partnerships with organizations that support women from underserved communities and areas in India. • Identify potential corporate sponsors and CSR initiatives aligned with vLookUp.ai’s mission. • Facilitate collaboration between NGOs, corporates, and mentors to enhance reach and impact of our programmes. • Represent vLookUp.ai in external forums, conferences, and networking events to promote our mission. • Organize awareness campaigns, roundtables, and networking events to promote mentoring initiatives. • Work closely with internal teams to design mentorship programs tailored for marginalized groups. • Monitor outreach impact and report key partnership metrics to improve engagement efforts. Qualifications & Experience • 5+ years of experience of building partnerships in the social sector (NGOs and organisations), community outreach, or a related field. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with experience in NGOs or corporate collaboration. • Understanding of CSR initiatives and corporate partnerships for social impact. • Passion for women’s empowerment, mentorship, and professional development is a plus. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
