Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Outbound Sales Interns to join our Vadodara Vidyapeeth team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and engaging them in meaningful conversations to help them learn about our courses and offerings. The ideal candidates will be fluent in Gujarati and have a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential leads and engage them in conversations about our educational courses and programs. • Student Interaction: Help prospective students understand the value and benefits of enrolling in PhysicsWallah's courses. • Record Keeping: Maintain and update the lead database accurately. • Follow-up: Engage in follow-up calls to ensure prospects have all the necessary information to make informed decisions. • Collaborate: Work closely with the admissions team to track lead progress and ensure timely conversion. Requirements: • Fluent in Gujarati (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with local prospects. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about education. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (preferred, but not required). • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
