Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Policy Issuance:
Accurately input insurance coverage details into the system.
Process and issue travel insurance policies, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Documentation and Printing:
Oversee the end-to-end issuance process, from data entry to final policy document generation.
Handle the printing and distribution of policies, ensuring all documents align with regulatory standards.
Coordination and Reporting:
Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to ensure smooth policy issuance.
Provide regular updates and reports on policy processing to relevant stakeholders.
Competencies:
Educational Background: Minimum D3 (Diploma) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous in handling data entry and documentation.
Collaboration: Strong team player with effective communication skills.
Experience Requirements:
Industry Background: Prior experience in the general insurance sector, specifically in policy processing.
Specialized Knowledge: Preferably familiar with the issuance process for travel insurance policies and miscellaneous insurance.
