Job description Job Title: Online Reputation Management (ORM) Intern Location: Work From Office (WFO) – Andheri West, Mumbai About Social Pill Social Pill is a dynamic digital agency that helps brands build and manage their online presence. We specialize in digital marketing, content creation, and online reputation management to ensure brands stay ahead in the digital space. Role & Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage brand mentions across social media platforms and online forums. • Respond to customer queries, reviews, and comments in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with the internal team to escalate critical issues and resolve customer concerns. • Track and analyze ORM metrics to improve brand sentiment. • Assist in creating reports and providing insights for brand reputation enhancement. Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling brand reputation. • Familiarity with social media platforms and online review sites. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Has a background in mass media or advertising or related fields.
