About Workforce Transformation (WX) Practice
The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of expanding Infosys Consulting's service offerings and improving the footprint across markets in the realm of Organizational Change Management.
This unit was designed to provide Change Management (CM) consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N. America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).

Purpose of the Role
As a consulting practitioner and thought leader, you are expected to contribute to developing Infosys Consulting's IP and capability in respect of change management.
You bring deep experience that can contribute to methodology, training and tool development that can amplify and accelerate our speed and capability to deliver engagements for our clients.
As a leader in the OCM space, you would be responsible for managing key accounts and leading multiple consulting engagements on behalf of Infosys consulting helping clients identify and solve various problems across domains, define vision/strategy, come up with possible solutions and work with the larger technology organization to drive user adoption.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage key accounts for CM (Change Management) across domains and verticals including planning for sales targets, identifying focus areas of growth and defining action plans related to Organizational Change Management.
• Work closely with the Partners, Practice leadership team, Infosys sales team and delivery units to build relationships and ensure CM consulting services are pitched for the right opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts: Build and manage pipeline for the CM consulting business for the accounts you manage and report on progress against sales targets on weekly/b-weekly basis.
• Open new accounts: Leverage Client and industry networks to open new accounts for consulting and create new revenue streams.
