Our Gurgaon, India, Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) is seeking a talented and energetic Operations Process Manager to spearhead our business in India/APC markets in tune with corporate strategy. As an Operations Process Manager, you will be responsible for task management, process documentation, process automation, and new client implementations to support the operational delivery of consulting, staffing, and team augmentation services. Your role comes with absolute independence and responsibility to manage end-to-end operational responsibilities and drive the overall corporate strategy to enable VARITE as a leading player in India. As an Operations Process Manager, VARITE is looking for a leader with great integrity, ethics, professionalism, and astute business skills. The ideal candidate will have: Process Documentation & Automation Skills: • Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy personality who can intelligently understand the client compliance needs and effectively translate them to the internal operational processes. • Standardize the internal process documents and guide teams in developing end-to-end processes in various functions. • Coach, train, and audit the teams on the processes and compliances. • Respond to Issues/ Corrective Action Reports, identify root causes, and define short-term and long-term process corrections. • Understanding of ISO processes or experience. • Strong analytical skills to understand the processes and find ways to automate them using various Microsoft Technologies, existing software, or finding new solutions from the marketplace. Operations & Administrations: • Ability to collect, assign, and track the various tasks within the company. The tasks may include routine tasks, improvement programs, process changes, or client implementations. • Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support • Work closely with Executive Management to drive and execute overall operational strategy. • Experience and ability in negotiating service agreements with Clients, Vendors, Employees and Consultants. • Effective presentation and communication skills to liaison with the Client’s operational departments. • Strong understanding and experience in various Federal and State Compliances. • An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities to overcome any operational challenges. • Software & Tools: • Must have advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Word (Formulas) • Experience with any of these technologies: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, MS Flow, MS Teams. • Certifications/Trainings (any combination of the following) • Six Sigma, ISO 9000, PMP, Statistical Quality Control • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputed University and/or Institution
