Role Description This is a full-time, paid Operations Intern role based on-site in Noida. The Operations Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks including analyzing operational processes, supporting project management efforts, contributing to sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth operations management. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in the pet care industry. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational processes • Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients • Experience or interest in Sales • Operations Management experience or coursework • Project Management skills to assist in planning and executing projects • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the role • A passion for pets and pet care is a plus
