Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationship management and service alignment. 2. Oversee warehouse operations & execution, ensuring smooth inward, storage, and outward processes. 3. Monitor SLA compliance & performance metrics, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements. 4. Analyze data-driven insights to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce turnaround time, and drive cost efficiencies. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, improve workflows, and ensure seamless service delivery. 6. Leverage technical & system skills in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for efficient order processing and inventory tracking. 7. Maintain comprehensive documentation & compliance records, ensuring adherence to SOPs, audit standards, and industry regulations. What We Offer: 1.
