Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Act as a bridge between the sales team and coaches to align and schedule demo sessions. • Ensure timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts. • Maintain and update scheduling systems, tracking demo status and feedback. • Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational aspects of demo sessions are handled efficiently. • Address any last-minute changes or cancellations and promptly inform relevant parties. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the scheduling process and improve efficiency. • Maintain accurate reports and documentation of scheduled demos and their outcomes. • Assist in process improvements to enhance overall team productivity and customer experience. Requirements: • A graduate degree is a must. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Should know Microsoft Excel.
