Qualifications:
Graduate of business or other related courses
Preferably with work-related experience in the mall or hotel industry
Fresh graduates with strong work ethic are welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work on-site in the designated XentroMall location
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform administrative support and attend to customer/tenant concerns
Ensure that all billings from the mall are properly checked and verified before processing
Coordinate with concerned departments to prepare and process forms/documents
Screen calls and inquiries from clients
Perform other administrative and operational functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
