Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, managing client deliverables, and supporting internal processes. This role requires strong organizational, process management, and coordination skills, along with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Process Management: Oversee and streamline internal workflows to ensure efficiency in client deliverables and business operations.
•Client Coordination: Assist in onboarding clients, maintaining records, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
•Documentation & Compliance: Support preparation, organization, and submission of grant/funding-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scheme requirements.
•Reporting & Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare status reports, and monitor key performance metrics for ongoing assignments.
•Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
•Team Support: Work closely with Business Analysts, Content Teams, and Leadership to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
•Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with external stakeholders including incubators, accelerators, and government bodies when needed.
•Operational Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace tools preferred.
•Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with accuracy.
•Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
•Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Nice to Have
•Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or administration in a consultancy, startup, or professional services environment.
•Familiarity with government funding schemes, startup ecosystem, or grant processes.
•Exposure to tools like Notion, Trello, or other project management software"
