Overview

Conosh is hiring a Workshop Host to run smooth, engaging online workshops on weekends and selected weekdays (with prior notice). The role includes hosting sessions, managing participants, ensuring technical readiness, and uploading recordings.

*Responsibilities*

* Host workshops as per schedule.

* Ensure smooth technical setup and handle minor issues.

* Engage participants and address questions.

* Record sessions and upload immediately after.

* Coordinate with the Conosh team and review content beforehand.

* Share session feedback with the workshop department.

*Qualifications*

* Experience in hosting/facilitation (preferred).

* Strong communication skills.

* Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet.

* Reliable, punctual, and organized.

*Schedule*

Weekends: Main hosting days (Friday-Saturday-Sunday, Maximum of 6 Workshops)

Weekdays: As needed
