The Human Resource Executive assists with the administration of the day-to day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Executive carries out of responsibilities in some or all the following function areas: filing all documents, assist all HR staff day to day operation of the HR.
Maintaining employee files as per JCIA requirements.
Responsible for documents filing.
Distributing new Evaluation and Job description of staff and newly joined including Outsource staff.
Distributing the Job description and Privileging if expired and to newly joined Doctors and CBD doctors.
Scanning the resigned employee’s file.
Responsible for distributing circular, emails and document distribution.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies as requirements.
Responsible for Attending Visitors.
Responsible for arranging Medicals and Twajeeh Training.
Handling employees’ enquiries and NMC Connect queries.
Responsible for Staff Files (Nursing) during JCIA.
Assisting for Payroll Process and also take care of non-WPS salaries for new joinees.
Performs other related works as per instruction of the Head of the Department.
Adherence to all JCIA and Hospital Rules and Regulations.
A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
One two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous but not essentials.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practice of the country.
With good interpersonal skills.
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
