Officer - Data Management Intermediate Analyst - Philippines (Hybrid)

Responsibilities: Partners with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflows Applies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of information May occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower-level team members Communicates with tact and diplomacy to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information with project stake holders or internal parties Works and coordinates with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process Defines detailed business data requirements and documenting them Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency Report complete and accurate operational and functional metrics. Help drive initiatives related to (but not limited to) Adjustment Reduction Program, Management Requires Immediate Action etc. Qualifications: 2-5 years’ Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance industry standard tools Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Applications Working knowledge of Tableau (report consumer, developer, etc.) Demonstrated understanding of Database structures Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
