What You'll Do Under the general direction of the India Operations Director, the incumbent will be responsible for New Delhi office Operations and facilities management. • Handling end-to-end facilities, interiors and infrastructure of the office and liaising with all contractors for the same. Orchestrating across different departments for maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency. • Supervise & suggest enhancements for Office Maintenance & Cafeteria Management • Provide support in preparation of and take accountability for all administration budgets. • Provide support in developing and implementing a comprehensive administration manual with all policies, processes, and procedures • Liaising with government and regulatory bodies like Electricity Boards, and Local Government Agencies to obtain necessary sanctions/approvals and ensure smooth working conditions in premises. • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the business needs are managed effectively. Manage and proactively monitor services to ensure delivery is at optimal levels Office Management: Budgeting, capacity planning and cost control of all office services. • Responsible for office layout and space allocation, build-outs, and repairs/ maintenance. • Negotiate and build relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best price, quality, and service – hotels, catering, corporate stationery, car hire, travel agencies, airlines etc. • Implement the office security and employee safety plan, including disaster management/emergency services. Ensure regular training is organized, and timely updates are made to the emergency plan. • Liaison with the property owner on all day-to-day requirements. • Lead, develop and train office admin team.
