Job Title: Non-IT

Location: Mumbai

Notice period: Immediate or (Serving NP 20 days )

#About the Role:

Candidate from IT Recruitment background, Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience, good communication skills, self-Motivated & Eye for details.

#Responsibilities:

• Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.

• Managing complete Sourcing Cycle to procure best talent for the company within set timelines.

• Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and vendors

• Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes

• Co-ordinate with Candidates and continuous engagement with the stakeholders

• Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.

• Administrative work in terms of data collation and updating the systems.

• MIS maintenance
