Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NOC Operator to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring round-the-clock monitoring, support, infrastructure management, and security compliance to maintain smooth operations.

Experience Level : Mid level

Experience Length : 4 years

Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Monitor, support, and troubleshoot network, WAN links, and system issues in real-time.

Provide updates, status, and performance reports of all network components and services.

Identify and provide first-line support for all network faults following standard operating procedures.

Open and track trouble tickets for every network event until closure.

Ensure full compliance with all NOC processes and procedures.

Assist field engineers with troubleshooting as required.

Escalate critical outages and faults to the appropriate teams.

Monitor and report on NOC facility components.

Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware movement.

Coordinate facility maintenance schedules.

Ensure the operational efficiency of critical systems.

Provide technical support for end-user computing systems, peripherals, and software applications.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues to minimize downtime.

Create and update user manuals and guides as needed.

Maintain updated logs of issues, concerns, requests, and resolutions, ensuring timely issue closure.

Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and security.

Generate detailed reports on NOC operations, faults, and resolutions.

Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all facility equipment, minimizing downtime.

Provide effective technical support with minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

4 years experience.

Degree in a related field.
