NOC Department - Full Time (EST – Day shift)

Blink Charging operates a network of electric vehicle automotive charging stations primarily

located in the United States.

Primary goal of a NOC Specialist is monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnostic testing of Blink

Network and chargers, and the Blink Corporate Network.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but not be limited to include monitoring up and down of Blink Network,

chargers and the Blink Corporate Network servers, firewalls, switches, and applications. Assist

NOC Product Support Engineers with assigned tasks and configuration of Blink Chargers.

Responsibilities:

This position identifies any problems with Blink Networks and charges, identifies potential

solutions, and troubleshoots the issue using their technical knowledge, experience, and skills.

Problems could be mechanical errors, safety issues or unidentified inefficiencies. The NOC

Specialist is responsible for being the first line of defense to ensure that all equipment,

applications, and services remain online and up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Problem-solver and analytical thinker.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing quality, dependable work.

Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly

Ability to check for defects and identify and have full color acuity

Experience in a start-up or pilot production environment

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to read and carefully follow instructions

Excellent attention to detail and good organization

Capable of working independently and as a team member to meet team goals

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in an network services or equivalent work experience

4-5 years of prior experience (required)

EST – Day shift working

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel,

weekend and/or evening work. Position is Monday-Friday
