We are looking to hire an NGO Manager to join our team.

Minimum Qualification : Degree

Experience Level : Mid level

Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization’s website in collaboration with web designers and technical teams.

Create and manage engaging digital content to enhance the NGO’s online presence.

Plan and execute annual programs that align with the organization’s goals and mission.

Design IT-focused educational initiatives for middle and high school students.

Develop innovative programs to build technical and management skills for students.

Collaborate with the social media team to create, optimize, and publish engaging content.

Enhance visibility and engagement across social media platforms.

Research and identify funding opportunities for programs and initiatives.

Develop strategies to secure funding and ensure the sustainability of programs.

Manage and coordinate multiple programs across the US remotely, adhering to Central Standard Time.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across remote teams.

Adapt to and implement agile (scrum) methodologies to improve program efficiency and flexibility.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of IT and emerging technologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate conversations into detailed plans.

Strategic thinker with experience developing organizational roadmaps and long-term plans.

Familiarity with the educational needs of middle and high school students.

Experience managing remote programs effectively.

Experience in NGO management and fundraising.
