Job Description/Requirements Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present products or services to potential clients, addressing their needs, and showcasing the benefits of the offering. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals that meet or exceed sales targets. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Customer Support & Follow-Up: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring successful product/service delivery. REQUIREMENTS : Should posses an identity document. Should be coachable and ready to learn. Should have good communication skills.
