JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: National Command Centre Operator – Nedbank Controllers

Department: National Command Centre – Banking Control Room

Division: Fidelity

Responsible To: National Command Centre Manager

Skills required:

Grade 12

Grade C PSIRA (SOB) registered and accredited

Own reliable transport.

Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc

Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required (Strong ability to work shifts – 3 dayshift, 3 nightshift and 3 days off).

Work independently and within a team.

A minimum of one years’ experience in the security industry Control room

Fluent in English

No criminal record

Must be reliable and trustworthy

Must have experience in Listner and Hikvision

Will be working at Nedbank JOC (Sandton)

Job Description:

Responsible For: Monitoring of alarms on ExecuGuard, dispatching armed response and SAPS when needed

Escalating Incidents to the shift supervisor.

Informing Keyholders of the alarm that activated.

CCTV Monitoring

Escalate overactive sites to the maintenance department
