• Create and implement sales quotas and projections for regions, states, and territories.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to ensure optimum sales and profit.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor sales staff performance, providing ongoing coaching and support to meet objectives.
• Drive adoption and success of sales and marketing automation tools.
• Provide detailed analytics and reports on sales, lead generation, market segmentation, and sales conversion rates.
• Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee database management, ensuring high-quality sales data.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for increased sales volume and enhanced customer experience.
