JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for professional enthusiastic, motivated, and exceptional outbound sales agents with MTN, sales experience to join our dynamic team in Randburg. Key responsibilities will be telephonic sales, the ideal candidate must be target driven, have great communication skills, persuasive, able to work under pressure and be a problem solver.

Must be fluent in English

Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Persuasion skills and the ability to influence decisions.

Results oriented and deadline driven.

Self-starter and motivated.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to receive constructive criticism and use it to your advantage.

Sell insurance product telephonically

Achieve sales targets

Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk

Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measures

Sales objection handling

Time management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (Matric)

Clear criminal record

Minimum 1– 2 years’ MTN, Vodacom, Cell C and Telkom sales experience
