Mould Designer

We are hiring for "Mould Designer" Position in our organization .

Please find below details : -

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for designing mould & creating 3D CAD Model and 2d engineering drawing.

• Workout a complete design of plastic injection mould.

• Prepare mould specification & checklist.

• Prepare mould components drawing & assembly drawing.

• Assist in product/tool development and moulding process.

• Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.

Required Knowledge :-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Tool, plastic or equivalent).

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in mould design.

• Knowledge on software mould design for Solid work & Auto cad.

• Ability to use mould flow & prepare mould flow will be an added advantage.

• Ability to model 3D mould surfaces for tooling.

• Ability to research problems, develop solution and present possible solution for implementation.
