Position Overview:

The Mobile Van Technical Head will play a crucial role in driving our brand's presence and promoting Indus TMT Steel through a mobile van initiative. This position involves extensive travel across Karnataka to conduct influencer meetings, provide technical demonstrations, and effectively market our TMT bars. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background in the steel industry, exceptional public speaking skills, and fluency in Kannada.

Required Skills:

1. Fluent Communication in Kannada:

- Utilize exceptional Kannada language skills to communicate effectively with local clients and stakeholders.

2. Public Speaking & Presentation:

- Demonstrate advanced public speaking abilities to effectively present and promote our products to diverse audiences.

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions.

3. Travel & Mobility:

- Commit to extensive travel in a mobile van to various outstation locations for prolonged periods as required.

- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the mobile van.

4. Product Sales & Marketing:

- Must be able to convince the bar benders and all the influencers to buy our Steel.

Need to explain all the schemes which are available for each of them.

5. Industry Experience:

- Previous experience in the construction industry or a civil engineering background is highly desirable.

6. Team Management:

- Oversee and manage a team operating within the mobile van.

- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure high performance and efficiency.

7. Event Organization:

- Plan and execute influencer meets and promotional events.

- Coordinate logistics, manage event schedules, and ensure successful execution of each event.

8. Preferable if the candidate possesses Technical Knowledge

- Have a solid understanding of the construction industry, specifically related to cement, steel/iron.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role within the construction industry or related fields.

- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

- Technical expertise related to construction materials (cement, steel/iron, paint).

- Prior experience in organizing and managing events or promotional activities.

- Proficiency in Kannada is essential.

Salary Breakdown:

 Base Salary: 35,000 per month (CTC)

 Incentives: Up to 40,000 per month, based on performance and meetings conducted.
