Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create PO & PO return
Monitor GR in weekly basis
Submit new SKU registration
Maintain Price & Promo in SAP
Liaise with store in daily basis
Liaise with principal, warehouse team, and finance
Recap monthly purchase for payment purposes
Liaise with finance & inventory team to settle GR Discrepancies
Accommodate the superior with regular & necessary report
Pooling sales and inventory data
Arrange payment & billing request to finance team: for animation booking, promo participation, incentive program
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Min 1 year experience as admin, preferable from fashion or beauty industry
Have knowledge of SAP or similar system
Good with numbers, familiar with excel and formulas, multitasking, and detail oriented
