Job Description

Vyom India Organics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to join our dynamic team. As a company committed to delivering high-quality organic products that promote well-being and sustainability, we have established a strong presence on platforms such as Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and are expanding to other quick e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage product listings, inventory, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and upcoming marketplaces.

• Content Optimisation: Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, engaging, and optimised for search and conversion.

• Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on different platforms.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and marketplace analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment across all marketplaces.

• Compliance and Policies: Stay updated with each platform's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid any operational disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably within the organic or FMCG sector.

• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce backend systems.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs and data interpretation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO and content optimisation for e-commerce.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

• Understanding of the organic products market and consumer trends.
