Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit).

Create engaging content – photography, videography, graphics, and promotional materials.

Update and manage our WhatsApp broadcasts, contacts, and e-catalogue.

Respond to customer inquiries across social media and maintain positive engagement.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.

Required profile for job ad : Marketing Officer - Nairobi

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Strong content creation skills – photography, videography, and graphic design.

Experience managing social media platforms & marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Knowledge of educational content funnels and video marketing strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

IT skills and understanding of basic computer hardware/software.

Experience using AI tools for photo & video editing.
