Job Title: Marketing Intern

Our educational toys are the best teaching tool / aid for activity based teaching / learning processes.
As a Marketing Intern Requirements:
1. Should be fluent in English and Hindi for Clear oral and written communication with school principal / school management.
2. Understanding of digital marketing basics: Email Campaigns, Social media, SEO, influencer outreach, bulk messages and tech savvy.
3. Should be able to communicate (English) to school principal / management and arrange a meeting (Online or Offline) with them.
4. Basic science knowledge is needed (since products are educational/scientific).
5. Ability to understand customer (School principal / management) needs (like Activity Based Teaching / Learning) and pitch educational toys accordingly.
6. Ability to come up with innovative campaigns to make learning fun and engaging.
7. Fresh ideas for promoting STEM-based toys online and in educational institutions.
8. Assist in Market Research: Support the team in conducting research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
9. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
10. Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
11. Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
12. Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
13. Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
14. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
