Job Title: Marketing Intern Job Summary: SmartDVM is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, and design. The intern will collaborate closely with our Sales team to support brand-building efforts across digital platforms and email campaigns. This internship offers the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and contribute to exciting projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Designer: · Design visually appealing flyers, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Canva. · Create marketing assets as required to support campaigns, product launches, and events. 2. Content Creator: · Develop written content for websites, social media, and marketing materials. · Update the website with new content on a weekly basis. · Generate engaging content for social media platforms every other day to drive audience engagement and growth. 3. Marketing Specialist: · Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including product branding emails, event reminders, and other scheduled communications. · Prepare and send weekly emails focused on product promotions and upcoming events. 4. Social Media Manager: · Oversee and maintain the company’s presence across social media platforms, including YouTube, Twitter (X), Instagram, Google, and more. · Ensure content is posted every other day and monitor engagement metrics to optimize performance. · Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Skills and Qualifications: · Proficiency in design tools like Canva or similar. · Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair for content writing. · Familiarity with managing social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), and Google. · Basic understanding of email marketing and campaign management tools. · Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. · Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to various marketing functions.
