About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead and drive our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution-driven businesses and a proven ability to scale operations across multiple channels.

📍 Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth

Build and manage strong distributor and wholesaler networks

Lead and expand corporate/B2B sales channels

Oversee and streamline field sales operations

Manage inventory flow and stock coordination with internal teams

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

Explore and expand international marketing opportunities

Identify new markets, trends, and revenue opportunities

Industry Preference

Candidates with proven experience in FMCG and retail segments (including Tea, Tissue, Soap, and Jewellery) along with strong distribution network exposure will be highly preferred.

Key Skills Required

Strong expertise in distribution and network building

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Experience in both traditional and digital marketing
