Position: Marketing Coordinator Location: Mettupalayam, Coimbatore . Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager / Director Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the hospital's marketing efforts, with a focus on promoting our eye care services and enhancing the visibility of the hospital. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team, medical staff, and leadership to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting the hospital’s services. Coordinate advertising and promotional efforts to drive patient awareness and engagement. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that content aligns with hospital branding and messaging. Maintain the hospital’s online presence through social media channels, ensuring regular updates, patient testimonials, and relevant health tips related to eye care. Coordinate events and patient education programs related to eye health and hospital services. Assist in conducting market research to understand trends in the eye care industry and identify growth opportunities. Work on administrative support and also ensure Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and brochures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with hospital goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing health care products , Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in healthcare marketing or a related industry is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in event planning and coordination.
