Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing / Business Development Manager / DGM - Finished Dosage Forms. The role is located in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth in LATAM and AFRICA regions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, researching market trends, identifying business opportunities, and managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals. This role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of marketing plans and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Business Development skills
• Client Relationship Management and Sales Management skills
• Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with Finished Dosage Forms
• Familiarity with LATAM and AFRICA markets is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
