Manager Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Marketing to join the dynamic team at PT JAC Konsultan Indonesia. As Manager Marketing for SKINCARE PRODUCT, so if you have background in skincare industries as marketing you are warm welcome to apply and join, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and brand development initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Bogor, West Java.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective marketing plans to promote the company's products and services

Managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and website updates

Analysing market trends and consumer behaviours to identify new opportunities for growth

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry

Strong understanding of brand management principles and strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools

Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
