Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven and versatile Management Trainee to join our team. You’ll rotate across key departments including HR & Admin, Sales, and Branding & E-Commerce, supporting daily operations, strategy implementation, and growth initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Participate in strategy and team meetings

Conduct research and analyze data

Prepare reports and presentations

Support senior management in executing initiatives across departments

Requirements:

Strong Analytical and Research skills

Excellent written and oral Communication skills

Team Collaboration abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Problem-solving and Critical Thinking Capabilities

Time Management and Organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Social Sciences or a related field

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
