Management Trainee Marketing Program

About the job Responsibilities: Participate in comprehensive training programs to build strong sales knowledge and practical skills. Conduct direct selling activities by approaching and engaging B2C (Business to Consumer) clients. Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable products or services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and achieve targets. Develop leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a sales team. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, International Relations, Business Economics, Management, or related fields. Previous experience in direct sales or internships is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interest in sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to face challenges. Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Willing to relocate across Indonesia.
