Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist at F2 Logistics, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their interactions with our company. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any business course

Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
