This program is open for:
Graduating students/fresh graduates or professionals with less than 1 year of employment of experience
Courses: Management Engineering, Accountancy, Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology and other related courses
What will YOU need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker, analytical, and with strong stakeholder management ability
Willing to work and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
What will YOU do:
Attend structured developmental activities (e.g., on-site / virtual classroom sessions, on-site visits, job shadowing, immersion, coaching/mentoring, etc.)
Development and/or evaluation of projects in an individual or group setting
Deal with different types of stakeholders (fellow management trainees, work buddies, role owners, resource persons, mentors, and business leaders)
Perform data gathering, analysis, and presentation/reporting to aid in the review of performance outcomes
About the program:
SEAOIL Philippines’ MT Program is broken down into 3 phases:
Phase I:
Generic Track | This is the period when Management Trainees are rotated/immersed in different departments, gaining knowledge on how specific functions and processes are performed
Phase II:
Specific Track | During this period, the Management Trainees slowly transition to participating in key projects and activities for a specific department (based on the identified track during the screening/hiring process).
Phase III:
Pre-Deployment Track | This last phase is when a specific role within the department is identified for the Management Trainee, leading to the assignment of focused/targeted tasks and development activities to him/her.(must have accompanying visuals)
