Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1.Accounts Maintenance: Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Support the preparation of monthly and yearly accounts. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records. 2.Transaction Processing: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Prepare, check, and process invoices for payment. Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis. Assist in preparing payment runs for suppliers and vendors. 3.Data Entry and Reporting: Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. Assist in generating financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Support with the preparation of financial statements for review by senior management or auditors. 4.Expense and Billing Management: Monitor and track company expenses and ensure proper coding for financial transactions. Ensure timely billing and collection of outstanding accounts receivable. Assist with the preparation of billing schedules for clients or customers. 5.Reconciliation and Reporting: Help in reconciling accounts, ensuring accuracy in all financial records and transactions. Assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded. Participate in the preparation of tax returns, VAT filings, and other required financial documentation. 6.Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering necessary
