TCS is hiring for Mainframe Support

Desired Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Job Location: Chennai / Mumbai / Pune

Must-Have

Experience in Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2 Programming.

To provide Level 2 support for Banking domain based in Pune/Chennai/Mumbai location.

Good-to-Have

· Experience in Mainframe COBOL, DB2, JCL.VSAM · Good understanding of various tools used in Mainframe FILA, Scheduling tools.

· Good knowledge in analyzing job failures and trace back to see the root cause. · Knowledge of various error codes generated and the steps to resolve the issue.

· Good knowledge of z/OS architecture, JCL, IBM utilities etc.

· Good analytical skills and decision making.

· Knowledge in CICS, IMS will be added advantage. · Be available for on-call rotation after business hours to provide 24hr support for any production operational issues.

· Highlight areas for improvement in current processes and implement improvements.
