Full job description About the Internship: L'Oréal offers a dynamic and engaging internship experience within our Human Resources department. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, contributing to a fast-paced and impactful environment. The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily administrative tasks, special projects, and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the department. This internship offers a valuable learning experience for individuals pursuing a career in Human Resources. Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This may involve preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientations, and answering employee questions. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with data entry and reporting, and manage other administrative tasks as needed. Project Support: Contribute to various HR projects, such as developing training programs, conducting employee surveys, or implementing new HR initiatives. Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations activities, such as responding to employee inquiries, resolving basic issues, and promoting positive employee engagement. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing HR data and creating reports to identify trends and insights related to workforce planning, employee engagement, or other relevant HR metrics. Other duties as assigned. This allows for flexibility and exposure to different aspects of HR based on business needs. Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. (Optional) Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
