Job Description

Role Overview Purpose To work closely with operations and procurement in assisting with day-to-day logistics, inventory management and warehouse operations. Provide hands-on experience in logistics and distribution in the medical device sector, offering valuable exposure to IVD reagents, analysers and the overall supply chain process. Ensure smooth and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our operations. Functions: Growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops. Support inventory management by ensuring proper labelling, tracking and recording stock levels. Help prepare and process orders for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Participate in stocktaking and cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy. Assist with the preparation and packaging of shipments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and shipping regulations. Work with relevant team members to track shipments and manage returns or exchanges. Support the maintenance of warehouse organisation and cleanliness, following safety protocols and company guidelines. Collaborate with various teams, including procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and product handling. Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualifications & Experience required by the position: Currently enrolled or completed a relevant degree program (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field). Knowledge & Skills: Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics a plus. A positive proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to lift and move packages when necessary (physical activity may be required)
