Role Description This is a full-time on-site Law Intern - March 2025 role at Amay Bajaj & Co. The intern will be involved in legal drafting, consultation, mediation/arbitration, corporate compliance, and litigation. They will actively participate in representing clients in various courts and forums in the Indore region and outstation. Duration - Minimum 4 weeks; Maximum 6 weeks (can be extended as per the request and requirement) Qualifications • Legal Research and Analysis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of Indian legal system and procedures • Interest in litigation, corporate law, and legal compliance • Enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent program • Prior internship experience in a law firm is a plus Stipend - None However, subject to performance of the intern and critical review at the end of intership a stipend may be granted with internship certificate
